Return Eligibility
You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date.
To qualify:
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
- We also accept returns of new and slightly used products.
How to Request a Return

Wait for Instructions
We will review your request and send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving approval.
Return the Item
Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and include photos of the issue.
In most cases, no return will be required.
Depending on your preference, we will:
- Send a replacement item, or
