Replacement Products
If a customer is eligible for a replacement product, IGVAGAS will provide an item that is identical or of equal value.
If the exact product is not available, we may choose to:
- Provide a replacement product of similar value
- Issue a full refund
- Repair the product within a reasonable timeframe
All replacement products are covered under the same return and refund conditions as the original order.
Warranty
We provide a Three-Year Limited Warranty on all products sold through our store.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product issues that occur under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
